Norma binti Abdullah, AMN, born as Edith Sumampouw, or better known by her stage name Normadiah (14 August 1932 – 8 August 2000) is a Singapore–Malaysia actress. She is the daughter of Estefanus Louis Sumampouw and Suzanna Mathilde Huwaè. Born in a creative family. Normadiah not only can do acting performance but singing music as well. She was known as the first generation of the Golden Malay Cinema that was based in Singapore. The actor, A. R. Tompel is responsible to change her name from Norma to Normadiah. She died on 8 August 2000 at Assunta Hospital, Petaling Jaya at the age of 67 due to appendix disease and diabetes at the age.

Oct 15, 2024 · Shariff Dol had an extensive and successful acting career, starring in such films as 'Bujang Lapok' (1957) and 'Lela Manja' (1960).
Normadiah was born in Menado, Indonesia. Her foray into films began when she joined the Nusantara Film Company. But it was only when she started working at Shaw Brothers’ Malay Film Productions that her career as an actress, choreographer and singer took off. She passed away in August 2000. Shariff Dol had an extensive and successful acting career, starring in such films as ‘Bujang Lapok’ (1957) and ‘Lela Manja’ (1960).
