My cousin and I visited this branch a week ago and my experience here was amazing. My nail specialist has been in the game for 8 years (found this out after some small talk) and it surely showed with the quality and care she took to ensure my nails looked absolutely flawless by the end of it. Very professional and efficient. Perhaps if possible, I’ll ask especially for her next time around. Funny thing was after comparing nails with my cousin, there was an obvious difference in workmanship (no offence). There are some nail specialists that take more pride in their work and I was lucky to have that woman at the time. Thank you!!! Read Less

I have been going to Sylvia Park Professional Nails for 5 years, as I live in South Auckland. Today I made the decision to try the Manukau branch, first it was cheaper then Sylvia park, but thats where the good parts stopped. Absolutely terrible job, you definitely get what you pay for. I will never return to Professional Nails Manuaku and would highly recommend no one else does! Read Less

The boss had told everyone to have lunch after their current client so the lady was too worried about getting to lunch than doing a proper job on my nails. Really bad service.i did my nails yesterday the nail polish came out.the lady was rushing alot and was acting rude when i asked for three coats of nail polish. And after started talking to other lady in their language.i just wasted my money there for nothing. I am flying out of country this week and they spoiled my nail .now i have to go somewhere else and pay again to get it done.i wont recommend professional nails to anyone.they are so unprofessional. Not only did they speak rudely about us, but also the elderly woman next to us, however the worker doing the elderly woman's pedicure was very professional and friendly. Paid for a pedicure.... it seemed she couldnt get me outta there fast enough!Asked for the massage chair to be moved back as it felt too far forward and she looked at me as if i swore at her.Then she got annoyed at me because i accidentally put water on the floor. If she actually asked me where to put my feet instead of just tapping my legs then maybe her floor wouldnt have got wet. I would give this place 0 stars. Please do not go to this place. I went there to get my gel nails removed because they were all lifted. She removed them by ripping them off. I asked if she can file it off and leave a very thin layer to protect my real nail (that's what you are supposed to do) but she got annoyed and said she can't because the filer is too rough and the gel is thin so it will feel very hot and sore. She didn't even bother to try because she could have used a filer that is more fine or soft.Now my real nails are so thin and you can see the top layer has been ripped off.These people either have not been properly trained to do artificial nails or they just don't give a damn. I've given this place a few tries. I will never go there again. Total "rip off". Read Less

After snapping my nail off they told me they couldn't remove my SNS and proceeded to shoo me out the door with a refund. Went to the nearest nail shop where they gave me a great service.
